Our school's Parents and Citizens' Association (P&C) plays a vital role in creating a strong, connected school community. We're a team of dedicated parents and carers working together to support the school through volunteering, fundraising, and running important services that benefit our students and families.
At the heart of everything we do is a shared goal: to help our students thrive and to ensure our school continues to grow and succeed. The P&C helps bring families, staff, and the wider community together by organising events, supporting school initiatives, and providing resources that make a real difference.
One of our key contributions is running the school tuckshop, which operates five days a week. Families can place orders the traditional way with a paper bag or enjoy the convenience of our full online menu through Flexischools. Both cash and EFTPOS are accepted at the tuckshop.
Without a P&C, essential services like the tuckshop wouldn't exist, and we wouldn't be able to raise the funds needed for vital projects such as replacing playgrounds, upgrading facilities, or supporting extracurricular activities. P&Cs across Queensland are authorised under the Collections Act 1966 to fundraise for community and charitable purposes, often supplementing government funding to enhance school services and resources .
We're proud to introduce our current executive team, who are passionate about making a difference: Jessica Majid (President), Tim Horder (Vice President), Rebekah Hoffmann (Treasurer), Haley Moran-Green (Secretary of Minutes), and Tia Bulmer (Secretary of Correspondence).
